Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!

Weight Watchers SmartPoints® Are Being Updated! You can also calculate foods yourself using our new and updated calculator!

There are only a few more restaurants that need to be updated. We are in the process of completing these as well as all of the restaurant updates which have been emailed to us in the past year. You can see the status Here. Please be patient as we finish up! Thanks, JDN Staff.

Please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please see the updates page to see the list of restaurants that need to be added. Thanks to all the people that have been using our Restaurant Submission Form to make it a lot easier for us to add to our ever-growing restaurant list.

Peanut Butter that is and for that matter Jelly too! A few weeks ago I went on Instagram and looked up the hashtag weightwatchers for some recipe/snack ideas. One of the people I started to follow was obviously a peanut butter fanatic like I am. Whenever they spoke of peanut butter they referenced “natural” peanut butter. I wondered what all the fuss was so the next time I went to the grocery store I picked up a jar. I came home and tried it only to find the taste was not exactly like my reduced...

The Truth behind Diet Myths Every single one of us likes to think that we know what we’re talking about. In fact, so much so, that we’re not willing to give an inch in any discussion we feel we know the truth. The harsh reality is that most of us believe something even though there is no scientific basis to it whatsoever. This is very significant when it comes to effective dieting [1] because many of these dietary myths are contrary to how we should really be approaching a healthier and slimmer...

Well here we are at week 2's weigh in and the results are good!! Down another 2lbs for a total of 6.8 lbs. in 2 weeks! Last week was a little difficult do to a few factors, Friday through Sunday we had a birthday every day on top of going out to breakfast before apple picking on Sunday. At least I got in some activity points walking through the orchard :) I also hurt my neck/back somehow on Saturday morning so I was not able to go to my usual spin class Sunday morning. I feel I did well at tra...

I weighed in this morning and I was quite happy with my results, I won't say I was as strict to the diet as I should have been but I feel I did very well when it came to snacking, over eating and my worst downfall, night time eating. I am notorious for perusing the kitchen after my little one goes to bed. I said to my husband during the week how great would it be if I lost 5 pounds my first week. While he said that would be great, he didn't want me to get my hopes up.  Well I was .2 pounds,...

So here is a little back story, I have always been a little on the heavy side, I’m a dancer so I have always had “thick” thighs, but I have always pretty much managed my weight for the most part. I am a mother of an almost 2 year old who is very active; the problem is I am not, with good reason. Back in March I finally tore my meniscus well enough that my knee locked and needed surgery. Through months of intense physical therapy and a manipulation under anesthesia I finally started to walk “norm...

It’s said that Americans are consuming more calories than ever before and while this is true I believe our lives are different than those in the past. If you anything like me food on the go is so easy. I can't tell you how many times a week, especially at lunch I fall into that trap. With a 16 month old at home, a dog and husband who has time to think about themselves and make themselves lunch? Pizza, Chinese, Burger King, the deli are all right in my work vicinity and when I don’t bring lunch i...

Week 1 of my weight watchers regime has lost me 3 lbs, yay!  It seems like everyone in our Facebook support group (Fat to Fit) has lost weight as well so we seem to be on the right track.  It's pretty exciting.  The only time I ever REALLY lost weight was 3 years ago when I had hired a personal trainer and lost about 15 lbs in 3 months.  I was feeling amazing but then out of nowhere had to have emergency surgery due to a ruptured cyst and that ultimately knocked me on my butt...

Heart is an understatement.  Carbs complete me.  They get me thru the day.  And one of the BEST perks about WW is that I still get to eat them! (In proportionate amounts, of course) Here are three of my favorite carb items: 1) Oroweat Sandwich Thins - A great alternative for keeping your sandwich low-points but still yummy.  These things are the best, not only do they make the sandwich taste way better because they are so thin, but they are only 3 points! <a>http://w...

I've tried every diet in the book.  You name it, I've tried it.  The thing is, I've done each and every one by myself... and obviously none of them have worked.  Because, hello, I'm here. Now I know weight watchers prides itself on "not being a diet" but being a "change in lifestyle" but for me, this is a diet.  I decided to sign up for WW after I saw how ridiculously insanely awesome Jennifer Hudson looks.  But I knew I couldn't do it alone.  So I enrolled my moth...

...thinner, no. I was optimistic that blogging about weight loss and the accountability that goes with this blogging would improve my eating. I as sad to say, that with one exception, it didn't and the scale is up half a pound. But I am happy to be publicly accountable. I am embarrassed to admit that I thought of fudging the number on the scale, but realized  that would be totally self-defeating. Two weeks of accountability and I have gained half a pound. For this post I am at 193.5, not wh...

When it comes to eating right and living well we have all heard the same messages time and time again. We know it makes us thinner, we know that it will reduce our risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes and we know that in the long run it will probably help us live longer. Therefore why are some of us just not getting the message? Maybe, we need a new incentive? Maybe, we have heard the health messages too often and now they don’t register as strongly as they should? Maybe, someone needs to...
