We are currently updating our ENTIRE Restaurant Guide with all the latest nutrition information available.We are working hard to get all of the restaurants updated so please bear with us! As of now we have A-E, W-Z updated! We will continue working on all of the restaurant requests as soon as we get the updates done. So please be patient as it is very time consuming! There are currently  190 restaurants to be added! This will take some time so please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient as we try our best to get the rest of them up as soon as. Please see the updates page to see the list of restaurants that need to be added. Hi Lydia,

If a menu item says (2 servings) that means there are 2 servings per menu item on one plate, so yes, this would mean you would be using 16 PointsPlus. Hope that helps.

I'm very confused by the serving information for Pei Wei. If I order the Spicy Korean Chicken, the plate I am served contains two servings, correct? So, the 8 points . . . is that for everything on the plate (2 servings), or is that for half of the plate (1 serving)? If I eat the whole plate, am I eating 16 points worth?

FYI The Thai Dynamite is off- based on the Pei Wei website.
The fat was doubled (to account for eating both servings served) but the other items were not. So, 6 point dinner goes to 12! Still a good dinner.

Hey Steve, In the Menu heading, it states "Excludes rice" so the main dishes are excluding the rice. If you go to the heading "Rice & Noodles" you would need to add those points to your dish. As far as the combo plates I didn't find any nutrition information on them yet. But once it is up, I'll be sure to update the page! :-)

I think if it says 2 servings you should multiply by 2. The Pei Wei website says amounts are per serving and then lists how many servings there are in the dish.

If you swap out the oil that your meal is cooked in and exchange it with vegetable or chicken stock this is called stock velveting. Much better for you! So I would recommend this when ordering :-)
