Week 2 Results!!
Well here we are at week 2's weigh in and the results are good!! Down another 2lbs for a total of 6.8 lbs. in 2 weeks! Last week was a little difficult do to a few factors, Friday through Sunday we had a birthday every day on top of going out to breakfast before apple picking on Sunday. At least I got in some activity points walking through the orchard :) I also hurt my neck/back somehow on Saturday morning so I was not able to go to my usual spin class Sunday morning.

I weighed in this morning and I was quite happy with my results, I won't say I was as strict to the diet as I should have been but I feel I did very well when it came to snacking, over eating and my worst downfall, night time eating.
