We are currently working on updating all restaurants with the new Weight Watchers SmartPoints. All menu items requested should be available soon! Please bear with us as there are hundreds of restaurants to be updated.
Would love to see the points for their Skinnilicious menu. Fresh Vegetable Salad with pomegranite vinigriette. Getting back on the wagon with Weight Watcher's tracking.... THanks...

Just received a $25 Cheesecake Factory gift card for over 40 hours of volunteer work. I also just joined Weight Watchers and read this site. I think I will see the card to a friend for $20 and go buy some more fruit at Whole Foods or a Farmer's Market
So I am doing WW and indulged in the cherry cheesecake. But I didn't eat the whipped cream on top. Just want to know if ths values include the whipped cream topping.
If a menu item states "As Served" this is most likely because the restaurant nutrition information did not state the serving size. So it is safe to assume that this is 1 serving of the particular menu item. If the item is an entree, assume this excludes all sides (unless noted)
Dani, As of right now there isn't a complete nutrition guide for the Cheescake Factory. I would most likely assume the PointsPlus for Blue Cheese is around 2 PointsPlus. But I cannot be 100% accurate until they release the entire nutrition information. Sorry I cannot be more help.

Vinz, I tend to agree with you Vinz. It is astonishing how many calories are in some of the menu items. It's a shame because they do have some great food.

Jo W, I think that's the only way to do it. Eat half of your meal and take the other half home
I only wound up on this website because I was looking up calorie counts for somebody else, but after seeing these appalling numbers, I will never eat at Cheesecake Factory, unless they start offering half portions for half price. tvoffersproducts.com/.../
I just had lunch here(CF) today and before I went I used this site. I'm very perplexed by the blue cheese dressing being 0pts./tbsp!! Is this correct? A friend and I are both on WW and we were questioning it. Please if anyone has any info on how the bc dressing was calculated let me know THanks!
This is only for the old system as there is not enough information to calculate for the PointsPlus. The only information that they supply is limited to the calories and carbs. So without the other information, there is no possible way to calculate the points. Sorry I couldn't help you out. Hopefully they can/will be releasing their nutrition information with ALL info needed.

Hi Sam,
Once all the nutrition information is published we will be adding many more items here! Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the site :)
As the nutrition information did not say if Whipped Cream is included, it is assumed that it is.
