...thinner, no. I was optimistic that blogging about weight loss and the accountability that goes with this blogging would improve my eating. I as sad to say, that with one exception, it didn't and the scale is up half a pound. But I am happy to be publicly accountable. I am embarrassed to admit that I thought of fudging the number on the scale, but realized that would be totally self-defeating. Two weeks of accountability and I have gained half a pound. For this post I am at 193.5, not where I wanted to be.
My success in the last two weeks include two "No Sugar" days and today is going towards a third day without sugar. I ate pineapple for dessert last night and cantaloupe for dessert on Sunday and that worked well and kept me away from higher calorie foods. Since my goal other than losing weight is changing my habits, I am happy to see a small success.
My goals for the next seven days are 1) lose a pound; 2) have a no sugar day; 3) have a no wheat day.
