I meant to write, how many points in an Artisan Sandwich BUN.

Assuming the data here is correct:

fatsecret.com/.../artisan-bun

it should be 7 SmartPoints. The sugars are a killer.

Hi, im wondering if anyone knows how many points are in a Mcdonald's sausage patty and round fried egg, no bread or cheese. Or how to add to the WW app?

Assuming the data here:

myfitnesspal.com/.../...

is correct, the sausage patty should be 6 points.

Similarly, if this:

fatsecret.com/.../round-egg

is correct, the fried egg round should be 2.

Together, barring rounding problems, it should be 8.

Hi! Great site! How many smart points for a fish sandwich without tartar sauce? Someone may have asked that already but I didn't see notice it when I was scanning through the questions & answers.

Assuming this quote is correct for the components:

myfitnesspal.com/.../...

One without sauce or cheese is 8 points.

Do you know how many WW Smart Points a McDonald's reg. plain biscuit has? Thank you

Using the information here:

nutritiondata.self.com/.../2

I get 8 points. That seems high since a Sausage McMuffin is only 10, but those biscuits can be pretty dense (as I recall the ones from Popeyes are 7).

How many points can be deducted for the mayo on the chicken sandwiches? The bun? I went to McDonald's nutrition calculator, as another commenter suggested, to "build" my meal, but it does not let you break the sandwich down to eliminate condiments and the bun. Thanks for any info you can provide!!
