Do you know how many WW Smart Points a McDonald's reg. plain biscuit has? Thank you

Using the information here:

nutritiondata.self.com/.../2

I get 8 points. That seems high since a Sausage McMuffin is only 10, but those biscuits can be pretty dense (as I recall the ones from Popeyes are 7).

If I have a McDonald's quarter pounder with cheese and take off the bun, how many weight watcher smart points would it be? Thanks

If the information I found here:

fatsecret.com/.../...

is correct, it should be 11 SmartPoints.

How many points can be deducted for the mayo on the chicken sandwiches? The bun? I went to McDonald's nutrition calculator, as another commenter suggested, to "build" my meal, but it does not let you break the sandwich down to eliminate condiments and the bun. Thanks for any info you can provide!!

How many smart points in a medium ice coffee with non fat milk and 1 Splenda

Mcdonalds does not list their nutrition information like that. If you really want to know I would recommend for you to get the nutrition information of 1 splenda and the amount of non fat milk you use.
