Love your siite! The sodium content in restaurants is outrageous. WHY??? AppleBees salads r too fatty & salty. I only eat their 7 or 9 oz steak & fish dishes.

Hello Pam, unfortunately Applebees does not supply us with the information for their alcoholic drinks. After doing a little research I have found an 8oz glass of Sangria to be 5 points, this is not specific to Applebeees but may assist you in your daily points calculations. Hope this helps!
do you know if the entrees such as the bourbon chicken and shrimp include the side that comes with the meal? just trying to figure out if it does...that entree comes with roasted potatoes, which i would substitute with steamed veggies.
