Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!

Weight Watchers SmartPoints® Are Being Updated! You can also calculate foods yourself using our new and updated calculator!

There are only a few more restaurants that need to be updated. We are in the process of completing these as well as all of the restaurant updates which have been emailed to us in the past year. You can see the status Here. Please be patient as we finish up! Thanks, JDN Staff.

Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Exercise and Weight-loss

It’s said that Americans are consuming more calories than ever before and while this is true I believe our lives are different than those in the past. If you anything like me food on the go is so easy. I can't tell you how many times a week, especially at lunch I fall into that trap. With a 16 month old at home, a dog and husband who has time to think about themselves and make themselves lunch? Pizza, Chinese, Burger King, the deli are all right in my work vicinity and when I don’t bring lunch it’s so easy to pop over to one of those and be bad!

It’s estimated that $4 billion is spent each year in people pursuing their weight loss goals and that number increases each year. If you are a current member of Weight Watcherstm you are already spending money on their program and most of us know the program works, but are you doing everything it takes to lose the weight? I hope you are all seeing the numbers on the scale go down and if you’re not don’t fret. Are you tracking? Are you making right food choices? And here is the biggy, are you exercising? I bet most of you said yes to the first two questions but no to that last one.

Exercise is one of the key elements in weight-loss and a must if you want to succeed in any weight-loss programs. Whether it’s only 30 mins a day it will make a difference. Not only will it help in weight-loss, make you feel better and good about yourself, but I bet you it will help you make better food choices, after all what is the point of working out if you’re just going to indulge? Ninety percent of you will say you just don’t have time but you need to make time, do you get a half hour for lunch? Could you walk around your building or your parking lot? Every little bit counts!

We have 19 days until Spring is here! Our friends over at SparkPeople have created the 20 day challenge! Are you up for it? Why not, what could it hurt? Every little extra effort will help you reach your weight-loss goal so why not start today and see where you are by the first day of Spring!

And if you want to make the challenge a little more challenging, try adding minutes each day!
