This website is amazing! I'm so glad that i found it! I love the French onion soup at Panera and was surprised by the points. If I don't eat the 6 croutons of the soup, can you calculate the number of points?
Hi there! The menu is a few pages long be sure to click through the pages, you could also click show all entries from the drop down or type soup in the search bar. They should all be there. Thanks and enjoy!!
Hello! Thank you for this site! I was wondering if the Panera Bread Salads have the dressing included as part of the Smart Points or do I add dressing points?.....I'm confused because on the description of the salad the dressing is included, but I see it listed seperatley on your list. Thank you.
Hello Tina,
Looking closer into the menu and website it looks like dressing is included as they are listed in the ingredients.

Hi! I ordered the barbecue flat bread without the frizzled onions, which made it go from 390 calories to only 170. I'm still not sure how to calculate the points though. Any ideas how I would calculate the points based on that?
I thought an apple was 0 points on the new points plus program. You have it listed as 2 points???
Hi there! We calculate everything on the menu. That being said an apple does come out to 2 points based on the info Panera provides. WW has made it so fruit is 0 points so you do not need to track the 2 points for the apple.
