Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!

Weight Watchers SmartPoints® Are Being Updated! You can also calculate foods yourself using our new and updated calculator!


There are only a few more restaurants that need to be updated. We are in the process of completing these as well as all of the restaurant updates which have been emailed to us in the past year. You can see the status Here. Please be patient as we finish up! Thanks, JDN Staff.



Please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Week 1 Results!

I weighed in this morning and I was quite happy with my results, I won't say I was as strict to the diet as I should have been but I feel I did very well when it came to snacking, over eating and my worst downfall, night time eating. I am notorious for perusing the kitchen after my little one goes to bed.

I said to my husband during the week how great would it be if I lost 5 pounds my first week. While he said that would be great, he didn't want me to get my hopes up.  Well I was .2 pounds, yes that says point 2, away from losing my first 5 pounds! I lost 4.8lbs this week! I was very happy!! It makes me more excited to weigh in again next week because I know I'm going to try even harder this week. Oh and here is a picture of my weight record to prove it!

I kept you guys up to date pretty much with what I ate and will continue to do so. I also started working out this past week, I took my daughter on a few walks and I also took 2 spin classes this week. I will continue with that this week and hope to add a kickboxing class or two in there as well. If you recall, I am just easing back into working out after my meniscus tear so I do have to take it easy. But I am very much enjoying being back to the gym!

I hope you all have had a successful week! Lets work hard, track and plan this week and lose some more!!
