I said to my husband during the week how great would it be if I lost 5 pounds my first week. While he said that would be great, he didn't want me to get my hopes up. Well I was .2 pounds, yes that says point 2, away from losing my first 5 pounds! I lost 4.8lbs this week! I was very happy!! It makes me more excited to weigh in again next week because I know I'm going to try even harder this week. Oh and here is a picture of my weight record to prove it!
I kept you guys up to date pretty much with what I ate and will continue to do so. I also started working out this past week, I took my daughter on a few walks and I also took 2 spin classes this week. I will continue with that this week and hope to add a kickboxing class or two in there as well. If you recall, I am just easing back into working out after my meniscus tear so I do have to take it easy. But I am very much enjoying being back to the gym!
