Well here we are at week 2's weigh in and the results are good!! Down another 2lbs for a total of 6.8 lbs. in 2 weeks! Last week was a little difficult do to a few factors, Friday through Sunday we had a birthday every day on top of going out to breakfast before apple picking on Sunday. At least I got in some activity points walking through the orchard :) I also hurt my neck/back somehow on Saturday morning so I was not able to go to my usual spin class Sunday morning.
I feel I did well at tracking this past week but of course I could always do better and I would also try to drink more water. I think that will help with the hunger cravings. If you followed my posts on Facebook you will have seen I created my own Tortilla Chips, great for that salty craving. 2 whole tortillas is 3 points and I made them by spraying them lightly with cooking spray and salting them and then flipping them over and doing the same and baking them in the over at 400 degrees for 10-12 mins. They were great!! I am also going to try to get in a little more activity this week as well.
A little something I learned today, I don't know about you but I very much look forward to my weigh-in days as my "cheat" days and like to indulge in things I have missed all week. This week I thought we would go for Dominos, don't even want to think how many points their pizza is but let’s just say I had too much. Like I said I always looked forward to this day and I have to be honest after today I really don't have any interest in over indulging. I don't work hard all week to just throw it away on one day. Needless to say I felt pretty guilty and most likely won't do that again. Maybe next time I'll just let myself have the good snacks or something.
