Just Diet Now Apple/Android Apps!

We are coming closer to the release of our App! Although we have had a minor setback, the JDN App should be out in the next few weeks!!

JustDietNow Apple And Android Apps

Restaurant Guide:

Restaurant Guide -Our Restaurant Guide has 417 restaurants listed in all!

If a menu item states "As Served" this is most likely because the restaurant nutrition information did not state the serving size. So it is safe to assume that this is 1 serving of the particular menu item. If the item is an entree, assume this excludes all sides (unless noted)

Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!

There are currently  170 restaurants to be added! This will take some time so please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient as we try our best to get the rest of them up as soon as. Please see the updates page to see the list of restaurants that need to be added. Thanks to all the people that have been using our Restaurant Submission Form to make it a lot easier for us to add to our ever-growing restaurant list.

Don't do it alone!

I've tried every diet in the book.  You name it, I've tried it.  The thing is, I've done each and every one by myself... and obviously none of them have worked.  Because, hello, I'm here.

Now I know weight watchers prides itself on "not being a diet" but being a "change in lifestyle" but for me, this is a diet.  I decided to sign up for WW after I saw how ridiculously insanely awesome Jennifer Hudson looks.  But I knew I couldn't do it alone.  So I enrolled my mother in law to do it with me.  I somehow then roped my Mom, my Dad and my sister into doing it as well.  Today is our first day and I created a Facebook group for all of us to weigh in each week, to share recipes, insight, etc. and I can tell you that I already feel totally different about this "diet".

I know it's going to happen this time because I'm not doing it alone.

Congratulations ! I think everyone has their unique motivations when it comes to shedding pounds and/or becoming healthier. This makes me curious if more diet programs should include a type of personality test to see which approach (on their own, which foods, calorie counting, etc, etc.) they are best suited to be most successful for long term weight loss and healthy eating. If anything perhaps it could prevent 'unsuccessfully trying' so many diets. It is sad to me there are so many quick fix diets marketed to those desperate to lose weight. I had tried some and others...I started using OnTarget Nutrition www.ontargetnutrition.com/ about 6 months ago and have lost 35 pounds so far. I still have a way to go but it has been so eye opening to how poorly I had been eating. Best of luck to you and your families healthy journey.

I think that's the best way to do it. With another person/partner. I've tried it alone and failed miserably. But then one of my co-workers had wanted to try it, so I tried again and I am down 20 lbs in 4 months. And feeling great. We go for walks together and when we can, we get to the gym. So yes, it helps to have a buddy! Keep up with it and you can do it!
