So if we go by what Lisa 's calculations are you can have shredded chicken, lettuce, cilantro, pico and salsa fresca for 6 points. Their Salsa Fresca is amazing. No need for salad dressings.

Thanks for shedding a little light on what you really get at Cafe Rio. I'm sure this happens at many places. So keep in mind the nutrition information for many restaurants can vary.

I adore their salad.... And it's like your entire daily allotment. However, if you skip all the high-point elements of their salads, it's not too bad.

Shredded Chicken Breast
Black Beans
Lettuce
Pico de Gallo
Cilantro
Lime Wedge
Guacamole
Creamy Tomatillo Dressing (house)

....and the total is 10 points. Not too bad.
