Thats right its that time of year! The Girl Scouts were out in full force in the beginning of the new year trying to earn their cookie badge with the selling of the the world famous Girl Scout Cookies! If you anything like me you too consider this the 2nd most wonderful time of the year! Don't worry if you missed your favorite girl scout I'm sure you will be able to get some outside your local food store or Walmart.
Remember you must include these delicious cookes in your daily points. Don't forget the points calculations are right here on our website!
Try not to over indulge and if you fear you may, use this little trick, look at the how many cookies are in a serving size and place that many in a ziplock bag, and continue until the box is empty. Write on the bag how many points each bag is and take that little bag to the couch or to work whereever you may go. Just do you best not to go back for seconds!
