
This is one of my favs! The whole family eats it and they don't even realize they are eating HEALTHY!
1 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla (or any low carb tortilla/wrap)
8 Pieces of Turkey Pepperoni
1/4 C part skim Mozzarella Cheese
Italian Seasoning to your liking
1/4 C of pizza sauce or favorite sauce
Cooking Spray
Spray pan with cooking spray, place pepperoni, mozzarella, seasoning, on 1/2 of the tortilla, fold over and cook until cheese melts. Flip and make each side golden brown. Use the sauce to dip your quesadilla and enjoy!!
