Hey Jean,

Please see the comments below as someone has calculated this from myfitnesspal already. It comes to 1 PointsPlus per serving. Although I do not like to use sites like this because I am not sure on the accuracy of these sites. But I would say it is safe to assume around 1-2 Points.

Thanks for that info Devon and your little background story!

Although I usually do not try to use sites like myfitnesspal and others, I guess we can make an exception for coleslaw. But you can find alot of info on those sites. But not sure how accurate they are as it is not tested by the restaurant chain itself.

Anyway, thanks again and hope that helps Nancy! :-)

FYI, this is from to myfitnesspal.co m..

Coleslaw (Raising Cane's)
Serving Size: 1/4 cup, Calories: 33, Fat: 2.5g, Carbs: 3g, Protein: 1g

According to my WW calculator, that is 1 point per serving.

Can't believe that I used to eat a Cane's Snack (sometimes even a Box) like 3 times a week! That's around 30+ points!! Ridiculous. No wonder why I was overweight.

45 pounds lost - met goal weight in April 2012. No more Cane's for me! =)

Hi Nancy,

I do not have that information, but I can send them a quick email and see if they can get me the nutrition info. for coleslaw. My best guess would be from 3-5 PointsPlus for coleslaw. I'll post back here if/when I get an answer from them. Thanks for stopping by :-)
