Restaurant Guide:

Restaurant Guide -Our Restaurant Guide has 417 restaurants listed in all!

If a menu item states "As Served" this is most likely because the restaurant nutrition information did not state the serving size. So it is safe to assume that this is 1 serving of the particular menu item. If the item is an entree, assume this excludes all sides (unless noted)


Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!



There are currently  170 restaurants to be added! This will take some time so please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient as we try our best to get the rest of them up as soon as. Please see the updates page to see the list of restaurants that need to be added. Yes this is very confusing to me as well. I'm not sure what .9 is either. I laid out this page with the nutrition information provided. But it still is confusing. I'll try to email them and ask if they could simplify this or explain it better than I can. I'll post back here when I hear from them. Thanks for your comment :-)

I still do not get this at all. How many points are in a small pomegranate? Its upsetting that Pinkberry's selling point is that they have low fat frozen yogurt and yet according to the weightwatcher's point system it is still really high..that is at least what I am getting from all of this. Plus Pinkberry is still being sneaky by saying .9 is a mini, .9 of what???

Hi,

It is a bit confusing to me as well. If you have a look at their nutrition information,

pinkberry.com/.../...

You can see that it says a serving size is 1/2 cup or 100g. As I don't have a Pinkberry near me, I do not know which size, (mini, small, medium, large, take home) is considered 1/2 a cup. I will have to email them and ask, or the next time you go, maybe you can help me out and understand it more.

I'll post back here if I get a response from them.

Im not sure I understand the serving sizes compared to Pinkberrys portions. So If I have a medium Original Yogurt without any toppings, how many calories would be in it?
