Please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Had a really delicious menu item from the "Lighter Side"side called Citrus Chicken Sorento (?) served with veggies. Very pleased with my choice, could only eat half. Could you tell me the point value for Weight Watchers? Also, a piece of decadent chocolate cake(?) was shared by four of us, what would the WW points for this be as a whole?

Hi Shirley,
Please use the search box for both the items you are looking for as they are listed. Glad you enjoyed your meal!!

Why do you not give information concerning the amount of sodium in a menu item? My husband has just been diagnosed diabetic and a major concern is the total amount of sodium in everything. Low calorie and "healthy" don't seem to mean anything. I just saw a chicken dish on a menu that was appx. 500 calories and practically perfect at first sight but, the sodium was just under 1200mg. which is the maximum amount allowed for a day. We really need help in this area. Thanks

Does anyone know the points plus for Olive Garden ranch dressing?

Hi Lorain, I don't seen nutritional information regarding any dressing, I assumed they only had their house dressing. We will inquire and see if they respond with the requested info. Thanks for coming to our site!

I love Olive Garden food but this doesn't seem right... Garden salad as served = 9 pts. and Dark Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Mousse and Caramel Cream = 8 points plus. Really? Salad more points than dessert? Thank you for this site, I look here often for tracking and appreciate the info.

Salad dressings is what makes the Points values a lot higher than you think. Also include croutons, cheese, etc...

Just discovered this sight and really like it! Trying to plan ahead for my food choices and see OG has a couple of dishes not listed here: Grilled Chicken Toscano
and Garlic Rosemary Chicken. Do you happen to know the points values?

Love this site it is the best. You probably can't answer this don't know how you would but I was wondering if there was a way to figure out substitutions, I don't like mashed potatoes so I got whole wheat pasta instead, as a sub on the new garlic rosemary chicken plate, bow looked it up lunch portion is 11 points plus. Hope it's lower not higher lol.

Could you please add the new sandwhiches they have:) Thank you for all your work you do here:)

Hi Joanie,

I'm assuming you are talking about the Grilled Panini Sandwiches?

Grilled Chicken Florentine, Grilled Chicken Caprese and Grilled Steak & Portobello

As of now their website is not showing the nutrition information for them. I will email them and see when they will have it updated and report back here!

Hi, thanks for all this helpful info! Do you happen to know if the points calculated for OG Eggplant Parmesan includes the entire meal on the plate ( w/ the little side of pasta) or is it just calculating the actual eggplant parmesan?
Also, how many points is one breadstick?

Hi,

When a restaurant only states "As Served" for the menu item, this usually means that it is the main menu item without the sides. So I would assume the side of pasta would be separate.

As for the Breadsticks:

Olive Garden Breadstick with garlic-butter spread Nutrition Information:

Calories: 140
Fat: 2g
Carbs: 26g
Protein: 5g
Fiber: 2g

Points = 3 / PointsPlus = 4

Hi Shaunta,

This does not include the side of risotto. As for the limoncello mousse, I will have to look into that further as it does not state on their website. I'll post here when I get an answer for you :-)
