The salads do not include salad dressing. Please see the listing under "Salad Dressings" to get an accurate count on your Points.
If a menu item says 2 servings you would divide the number of Points or PointsPlus in half to get what you want for 1 serving if you only eat half of that particular item. Hope that helps
