Unfortunately, the nutrition information does not specify the food items without the rice. It is all included. So I am unable to estimate any points or points plus values. An estimated value for 1 serving of white rice (1/2 cup) is about 160 calories. On the old points system this would have been about 3 points. But, the rice served with your Teriyaki Chicken included sauces and other ingredients that I cannot calculate. But if I had to make an estimate if you did not eat any rice, subtract 3-5 points plus. Again, this is only an estimate.
