Can't find the restaurant you are looking for? Then use our Restaurant Submission Form and we'll be sure to add it to our list!

There are currently  182 restaurants to be added! This will take some time so please be patient if you have submitted a restaurant and have yet to see it on the list. Quite a few restaurants submitted do not supply nutrition information so these will not be able to go on our site. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please be patient as we try our best to get the rest of them up as soon as. Please see the updates page to see the list of restaurants that need to be added. Thanks to all the people that have been using our Restaurant Submission Form to make it a lot easier for us to add to our ever-growing restaurant list.

Are avacados now considered a power food on the powerplus 2012 plan. I have been told both yes and no.

Sorry, must of missed your second question. This one does baffle me as to why they now have fruits and vegetables 0 points plus. But make sure you realize the "starchy" type fruits and vegetables are not 0 points. Please have a look at my points for fruits and vegetables pages to see the starchy ones.

Bread usually isn't to many points. And there is no real way to figure out the points without the bread. A safe assumption is to subtract 2 points. Most bread/buns are 2 points. Hope that helps a bit. Sorry I can't really give you the exact points as the nutrition information does not state how many calories are in their breads.

I have been doing atkins for years and my body no longer agrees with bread except chips and occasionally tortillas. So when I was looking at restaurants say mcdonalds and if I just wanted to get a sandwich is it less points since I would take off the bread? If so how do you figure that out? Also why do they consider fruits and veggies as no points? Thanks
