Heart is an understatement. Carbs complete me. They get me thru the day. And one of the BEST perks about WW is that I still get to eat them! (In proportionate amounts, of course)
Here are three of my favorite carb items:
1) Oroweat Sandwich Thins - A great alternative for keeping your sandwich low-points but still yummy. These things are the best, not only do they make the sandwich taste way better because they are so thin, but they are only 3 points!
2) Pop Chips - OH.EM.GEE! These things rattle my tastebuds to the 'nth degree. The BBQ ones are my favorite and I literally just found out that one serving (which is 18 chips, yes 18 CHIPS!) is only 2 points. Heaven in my mouth.
3) Smart Ones Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce - Frozen meals can sometimes really disapoint. But this meal is very tasty and plentiful, has a little bit of cheese to hold me over and satisfies the pasta side of my carb indulgence.
